Prairie City cowboy Tatyn Harper to ride bulls in H.S. National Finals - Elkhorn Media Group

PRAIRIE CITY – A young Grant County cowboy will be riding for national recognition this week. 16-year-old Prairie City High School student Tatyn Harper has qualified in bull riding for the High School National Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
