- The Anti-Money Laundering Council issued seven freeze orders covering 1,671 bank accounts, 144 real estate properties, 244 vehicles, and assets worth 6.3 billion pesos, Marcos said.
- Public outrage has erupted with protests planned this weekend and on Nov. 30, while Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. pledged that nobody would be exempted from investigations.
- The lawsuits aim to recover stolen funds, Marcos said, with implicated lawmakers including former House Speaker Martin Romualdez who denies wrongdoing, following deadly Typhoon Kalmaegi that left at least 232 dead last week.
