COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Nearly 2,200 electricity customers in Columbia were impacted by a power outage on Friday evening. An outage was reported at 5:41 p.m. Friday near the Columbia Municipal Power Plant on Business Loop 70, just east of Edison Street, according to the city’s outage map.
