Power outage planned for parts of the Northshore, here is when the lights will go out

Mandeville and Lacombe areas will be affected. Power outages start Tuesday at 11:00 p.m. and are expected to be back on Wednesday. Washington-St. Tammany Electric Cooperative crews can do routine maintenance on the power grid. An estimated 2,853 WSTE customers south of I-12 in Mandeville will being affected.
