When a friend brought dinner one evening, she explained the chicken marsala was from Biaggi’s, one of my favorite restaurants. She explained further how easy it was to get and that she didn’t have to get out of the car. The takeout service is the only value left over from the coronavirus epidemic when restaurants added takeout to stay in business and keep their identity in a competitive market.
