CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Three people are facing felony drug charges and two are charged with child endangerment after the Wyoming Highway Patrol found a couple living in a car with an infant, a toddler and over 2 pounds of suspected marijuana. Shortly before 3 p.m. Friday, a trooper stopped a vehicle reportedly going 50 mph in a 40 mph zone on Highway 85.
