FC Cincinnati acquires midfielder Evander from Portland
FC Cincinnati has acquired midfielder Evander from the Portland Timbers for a record-breaking $12 million, plus potential add-ons reaching $150,000 based on performance metrics.
Evander scored 24 goals and made 24 assists during his two seasons with the Timbers and was named an MVP finalist in 2024.
Timbers General Manager Ned Grabavoy thanked Evander for his contributions, stating, 'We wish him all the best in this next chapter of his career.'
FC Cincinnati's General Manager Chris Albright welcomed Evander, noting, 'He’s proven himself as one of the best players in our league.
