Portland Pride Waterfront Festival and Parade expected to draw thousands this weekend

The festival runs from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. The parade, which is the biggest Pride parade in Oregon, kicks off at 11 a.m. on Sunday in Old Town.
