PARKVILLE, MD—A portion of Loch Raven Boulevard has been shut down due to a water main break. On Wednesday morning, the Maryland State Highway Administration advised that southbound Loch Raven Boulevard had been shut down below E. Joppa Road (at Yakona Road) due to a water main break.
