Popular N.J. hotel near major mall just got a new owner

The 122-room Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield has been sold from RiverLink Hotels to affiliates of Concord Hospitality, according to a statement on Tuesday by JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group.
