POLK COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Polk County man is being charged with second degree murder after a fatal shooting at a local gas station. On July 8, 2025, at 12:35 a.m., deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) was dispatched to 178 U.S. Highway 64, the E-Z Stop Gas Station for the shooting.
