Police say gas station employee pocketed at least $2,800 in register refunds

CASPER, Wyo. — A 22-year-old Casper man is being charged with felony theft after police say he stole at least $2,800 in refunds from the register of the gas station he worked at. Kavan Peppersack was arrested on Wednesday afternoon at the gas station on the corner of East 12th and South Beverly streets, according to the affidavit.
