A 52-year-old leans out of the window in Dortmund with a supposed assault rifle - a frightened neighbour calls the police.

Witnesses reported to the Dortmund Police Department as well as to our editorial staff later on. On Wednesday (23.4.) a major police operation took place at the high-rise settlement at the Clarenberg in the south of Dortmund.
