In France, two police officers were charged on Saturday, 1 November, for rape and sexual assault committed by a person abusing the authority conferred on him by his duties. They are suspected of having raped a woman in a cell of the Bobigny court, on the night of 28-29 October. The Paris prosecutor gave the last elements of the case on Sunday, 2 November.
The rape case at the Bobigny court depot involves two police officers. A video found in the phone of one of them could support the young woman's complaint.
