Police have named the young man who died in a crash on Bluff Highway last week as Caleb Wilson Moss, 19, from Invercargill.Emergency services were called to the crash just after 6am on Thursday 11 September. It happened near the intersection of State Highway 1 and Kew Road. Tragically, Caleb died at the scene.
