OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - New York State Police at Owego are looking to the public for assistance in identifying a male suspect accused of burglary. On May 30 at around 7 a.m., the individual pictured below allegedly broke into the old Quality Inn Hotel on State Route 434 in the Town of Owego and stole thousands of dollars' worth of tools.
