Police investigating non-fatal shooting in Hartford

One man was hospitalized following a shooting in Hartford on Tuesday morning. Officers responded to the area of 228 South Marshall St. around 11:49 a.m. Tuesday on a citizen report of shots fired, according to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department.
