Police charge Rockford man with sexual abuse of a child under 13

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Christopher Ryan, 32, faces accusations of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13. The Rockford Police Department announced Ryan's arrest on Friday, on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, failure to register as a sex offender, and being a child sex offender residing within 500 feet of a playground.
