Police block off part of Jefferson City street; armored vehicle on scene

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) Several Jefferson City police cruisers blocked a street in a Jefferson City residential area on Tuesday. An armored vehicle was also at the scene on Olive Street.
