PMA and adoption: National Assembly improves employee protection

The bill adopted unanimously on Monday evening protects employees engaged in a medically assisted procreation procedure or adoption against a refusal to hire or a breach of contract during a trial period.

On Monday, May 5th, MEPs debate a draft law Together for the Republic (EPR) aimed, inter alia, at protecting people engaged in LDCs from discrimination in the workplace, a text which should not obscure the necessary awareness of employers, alerts a group of patients.
