In the peace process with Turkey, the banned underground organisation Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) makes the release of its founder Abdullah Öcalan a condition for a lasting solution. Only if Öcalan is free can the process progress, according to the PKK's related news agency ANF on Thursday. The PKK criticized that Turkey had done nothing so far and demanded that the process should be pushed forward by both sides.
