Microbrewery: Pit Caribou pulls out the head of the water and avoids bankruptcy

The creditors of the Gaspé microbrewery agreed to the payment agreement.

The creditors of Pit Caribou have accepted the company's agreed proposal. Under the agreement, the microbrewery therefore avoids bankruptcy through a restructuring of its debts. The secured creditors of the company will receive 65% of their claim, for a total of approximately $5 million, out of the $7.8 million owed to them.
