In an ideal world, the National Electoral Commission should have complied with the Supreme Court's decision and issued a new resolution to accept the PiS election committee report and unblock the funds available to the finance minister. However, in the logic of the KRS's defects, it is different. The decision was made by people dependent on politicians and in their interests.
