In an ideal world, the National Electoral Commission should have complied with the Supreme Court's decision and issued a new resolution to accept the PiS election committee report and unblock the funds available to the finance minister. For the Ministry of Finance, the decisions of the National Electoral Commission are binding – the ministry wrote in response to a question about whether it will pay the subsidy to PiS following the Supreme Court’s decision.
According to the Electoral Code, the State Election Commission should now immediately adopt a resolution and adopt the report of the PiS committee.
