PIERRE — The owner of an at-home nursing business in central South Dakota is accused of defrauding the state’s Medicaid system of nearly $600,000. South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced Friday, May 2, a criminal indictment against 48-year-old Sharon Monson, of Pierre.
