The Best Workers of France (MOF) roaster, cheesemakers, baker, hotel master... But also star chefs or the pastry chef of the Plaza Athénée in Paris. This Wednesday, almost 70 students from Gérardmer's hotel school had the chance to prepare an exceptional dinner alongside some great names of French gastronomy. A charitable dinner organized by the Rotary club for the benefit of Guillaume Gomez's Institute of Culinary Excellence in Madagascar.
