PHOTO: Blik Blik festival celebrates 10 years. The Marian Column danced to mark the anniversary

The Pilsen light festival Blik Blik is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and has prepared an extensive show for visitors. A total of 20 installations were on display along the route from Republic Square to Slovany, 6 of which were paid. The creators made the Marian Column dance to the rhythm of a symphonic poem, video mapping returned to the West Bohemian Museum, and visitors could sit in a 3D aquarium and experience a snowstorm.

Pilsen - The Pilsen festival of light and art in public space Blik Blik has recorded a record number of visitors in its ten-year history. 70,000 visitors visited 20 light installations, projections and video mappings by artists from all over the world during ten hours on Friday and Saturday evening. Of these, 8,000 also viewed paid interior installations, Lucie Lobotková, a spokeswoman for the DEPO2015 creative zone organizer, informed ČTK.
