A 39-year-old Phillipsburg man was sentenced up to 40 years in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.Spartak Fedorovich on Monday was sentenced before Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas Judge James T.
