- The Mayo Clinic describes diverticulitis as inflamed pouches in the large intestine, with symptoms like severe pain, fever and nausea, treated with rest, dietary change and antibiotics.
- After returning home, Marcos attended two private meetings Thursday, Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said, and he laughed off rumours of his death, telling opponents not to get too excited.
