JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) -- Emergency management officials report that a petroleum product has leaked into the Ohio River near Pottery Addition. According to Jefferson County 911, a smell of gas was reported Friday night at around 8:40 p.m. Fire departments arrived on scene to determine the cause, which is believed to be a culvert leaking toward the river.
