Fight to stop Buc-ee's continues, recall campaign launched against some Board of Trustees
The Palmer Lake Board of Trustees rescinded its December decision to approve the eligibility of an annexation request brought by developers of the Texas travel center chain Buc-ee's, while town officials await a new application. The controversy has boiled over into a recall campaign for three trustees: Kevin Dreher, Shana Ball and Dennis Stern. All three voted for the eligibility of the Buc-ee's annexation.
