"My friend Gideon Sa'ar, the Israeli Foreign Minister, and I reviewed current events in the Middle East over the phone. I reaffirmed Hungary's firm stance in favor of the stability of the region and our commitment to strengthening our strategic alliance with Israel," the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade wrote on his Facebook page on Sunday.
The commercial exchange with the Hebrew state experienced a slight rise, but the goal of the libertarian government is to strengthen the strategic alliance. On Monday, President Javier Milei will arrive from Europe, and for the second time in his term, to Israel, a country considered by the libertarian administration as one of its main geopolitical allies.
Regarding the dialogue, the Hungarian minister said, among other things: we do not support the revision of the EU-Israel Association Agreement.
