Peru Leads Regulation Against Tobacco Use

In the framework of World Vapour Day, when millions of ex-smokers around the world commemorate a second opportunity to leave tobacco behind through the use of vapers or e-cigarettes as an alternative, Act No. 32159 provides for increased restrictions on tobacco products, such as cigarettes, and recognizes the difference between these products and other alternatives, such as vapeo, through differentiated regulation.
