Person of interest named in reported early morning Owensboro shooting

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Owensboro Police say they have a person of interest in a reported early morning shooting. Officer Mark Hammonds says it happened at 12:32 a.m. on Monday at Venable Avenue and West 12th Street.
