ANNA — The Anna Village Council discussed a change to vacation time in the handbook for village employees at meetings in March and April. According to March meeting minutes, Administrator Bill Kessler said there are employees that are upset that they are being treated as brand-new employees and have to earn their vacation time from scratch.
