ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A man is facing DUI and reckless driving charges after the pedestrian he struck last week in St. Petersburg died, according to St. Pete police. On Jan. 22, Michael Aoun, 34, was driving on Dali Boulevard in a Chrysler minivan at a high rate of speed. Officers said Aoun lost control of the van, crossed into two bicycle lanes, and struck a pedestrian working on the side of the road near Bayshore Drive Southeast. …
