The Investigative Police (PDI) initiated inquiries for 10 active officials who travelled abroad while on medical leave.The information is known 13 days after the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) revealed, through a report, that between 2023 and 2024 more than 25,000 public officials incurred this irregularity. These are personnel, of varying degrees, belonging to the Metropolitan Police Region, as reported by TVN's “Special Report”.
