Passau: Passant rescues drunken people after falling into the Danube

A drunken person falls into the Danube in Passau. A passerby on the promenade notices this – and reacts quickly.

A passerby rescued a man with a rescue ring after a fall into the Danube. The man could hold on to it until the fire brigade brought him back on land with a lifeboat in Passau, as the police reported. An emergency doctor examined the 29-year-old.
