President Nicushor Dan has promulgated the law which provides that parliamentarians who have the home in Bucharest or Ilfov will no longer benefit from the fine for renting the rent. The measure is also valid for Members and senators who own, personally or together with their wife, a residence in the capital or the Judge Ilfov. Thus, they will no longer receive money for rents or their husbands have their homes in the capital.
The law has been promulgated so that parliamentarians who have a residence in Ilfov or Bucharest no longer have the right to compensation for rent.
