Appeals Court Clears Way for Trial Over Fla. Deputies' Actions During Parkland Shooting

A Florida appeals court ruled that the Broward Sheriff's Office must defend its deputies' actions before a jury, clearing a major legal hurdle in the last remaining lawsuit stemming from the 2018 Parkland school shooting.
