Par 3 founder Moananui Haretuku is expanding the footprint of his popular putt-putt business at Newport on the Levee. Opened in August 2024, Par 3 features three nine-hole putt-putt courses, a bar, restaurant, gaming area, and event space. The business occupies the former Barnes & Noble space.
