Panama Communities Challenge Canal Expansion Project in Supreme Court

PANAMA, JUL 31 – Communities argue the $1.6 billion reservoir project violates human rights and environmental laws, affecting 2,500 people and increasing canal capacity by 15 vessels daily, authorities said.
