CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—A court has issued an arrest warrant for Provincial Board Member Estelito “Shewin” Lim on three counts of estafa. Judge Richard Evangelista of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, serving the Mexico-San Luis area, signed the warrant on Monday, Aug. 11.
