Pala, a roman pizza pop-up, opens its doors in Leith

Pala, a new pop-up for the summer serving Roman-style pizzas by the slice and tiramisù, has opened its doors in Leith. Taking over the front of Twelve Triangles’ prep kitchen on Jane Street, Pala is a collaboration between Rachel Morgan and Emily Cuddeford, the co-founders of Twelve Triangles, and pizza chef Alessio Dossena.
