A woman fired for sexual harassment after asking about a transgender coworker’s genitals is not entitled to unemployment benefits, according to a recent Commonwealth Court ruling. The court found Tammy Williams, of Pottstown, was fired for willful misconduct and that the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review appropriately denied her benefits after her firing.
