WILLIAMSPORT — A Lycoming County man again has been sentenced to 20 to 40 years in state prison in a child pornography case.County Judge Ryan M. Tira on Tuesday imposed the same sentence on Christopher Fraunfelter, 37, of South Williamsport, as he had after a jury in 2023 found him guilty on 40 counts of sexual abuse of children and 20 counts each of dissemination and possession of child pornography.
