BINGHAMTON, NY (WIVT/WBGH) - The Pennsylvania man accused of the arson murder of a Binghamton teenager nearly 14 years ago went on trial today in Broome County Court. 17-year-old Jeffrey Aissa died on March 17th, 2011 during a fire at his home at 20 Milford Street.
