Owner of Southern Park Mall still owes half-a-million dollars in property taxes

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) - Boardman Township collects about $17 million a year in property taxes. Roughly $100,000 of that comes from the owner of the Southern Park Mall and a half-dozen nearby parcels -- money that still has not been paid, according to Mahoning County's treasurer.
