Elkridge warehouse property owner sues county over revoked permit
Last month's emergency legislation revoked permits for a warehouse in Elkridge that would have turned into an ICE detention facility. The property owner, claiming the new law is unconstitutional and unenforceable, filed a federal lawsuit that named Howard County's permitting chief, councilmembers and County Executive Calvin Ball as plaintiffs.
