Sixty new homes are being built on a former mill site in Dalton that stood derelict for years. Housebuilder Crest Nicholson is well underway with work on Dalton Gardens on the site of the former Jarmain’s Mill in Crossley Lane. The new homes will all have solar panels and electric car charging points.
