Outer Banks horse found with ladder around its neck, no injuries sustained
COROLLA, N.C. (WNCT) -- Staff members with the Corolla Wild Horse Fund responded to a call that a horse had a ladder around its neck Friday, May 23, 2025. The call came in around 10:30 a.m. and staff members said the ladder is no longer around the horse's neck and the baby with the adult horse are both in fine health.
